Job Description

We are searching for an organized and detail oriented Contract Production Payroll Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding of new hires, collection of W4 and I-9 forms and other required paperwork. This person will be the first point of contact for the freelancer in aspects of our weekly payroll processing and will be responsible for assisting with the creation and collection of new hire forms and other tasks associated with the preparation, processing, and completion of a time-sensitive payroll.

-Supports record keeping for numerous studio shows and remote shoots
-Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, addresses and other employee data
-Provides customer service for payroll related inquiries to field team members
-Communicates new hire start dates with the Studio Operations Manager
-Streamlines timecard and payroll process
