Job Description

- Office Management duties include maintaining upkeep of Office & Kitchens: tracking inventory, ordering and stocking supplies and maintaining staff/crew contact lists.
- Act as assistant for Supervising Producer- schedule meetings, maintain calendar, answer phones.
- Facilities and Operations contact for heat/air, phone and computer issues
- Work with Line Producer/ Unit Manager in maximizing the efforts of the Shows interns in order to fulfill show needs
- General Staff Support
- Prepare expense reports for Production Team
- Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Manager
