Job Description

We are seeking Coordinator to support a Vice President in the Broadcast Distribution Department. Based in Los Angeles, this position will provide a variety of services to the department, including liaising with program directors at various FOX Affiliate Stations, assisting with department OTT and TVE efforts, creating sales and marketing one-sheets, and assisting with ticket distribution and event planning.

-Serve as a primary contact for local FOX Affiliate Program Directors for 75+ markets. Responsibilities include reviewing program schedules, updating contacts and distribution lists, communicating scheduling updates, managing preemptions in the tracking system, gathering Level 2 clearances, and ensuring market information is updated and accurate.
-Support the departmentís OTT and TVE efforts by coordinating training sessions for rights management, maintaining necessary station information pertaining to OTT and TVE, and assisting with TVE initiatives.
-Create new FOX programming marketing and sales one sheets for distribution to the entire FOX Affiliate body, and assist with the Sales Committee, as needed.
-Manage ticket requests and distribution for all FOX live events, and provide administrative and logistical support for department events as needed.
-Update clearance reports, contact lists, station information and various other projects as assigned.
