Job Description

We are currently seeking a Production Office Coordinator with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. This position reports to the Original Content Production Manager and will provide support with organizing business affairs, finance, and logistics as they relate to Original Content shows, features and media ventures. The Production Office Coordinator will work on a wide-range of projects and help execute all tasks for the day to day production needs.

-Work directly with Production Manager to help with the administrative support to plan and organize shoot logistics.
-With direction from the Production Manager, work with external vendors to secure estimates, as well as coordinate with Production -Accounting to ensure payments are made.
-Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly schedules of shoots.
-Create and distribute Call sheets
-Support the Production Management and Accounting teams with various office and administrative responsibilities related to Original Content shows.
-Work directly with the Production Coordinators to organize and generate production management documents for all Original Content shoots and shows.
-Additional duties as assigned.
