Job Description

Responsible for planning and executing logistics for all client and partner meetings and events in the facility. He/she will manage food and beverage orders and will pick up and deliver items as required.

-Manages all logistics for any client or partner meetings/functions.
-Pick up and deliver items as required.
-Manages food and beverage orders for clients and partners.
-Greets clients and partners upon entry to the facility.
-Book rooms for meetings and set up audio visual services and ensuring room is ready as planned.
-Works closely with the EA/Office Manager to ensure a positive client and partner experience.
-Manages the events calendar for the building.
-Communicates with clients and partners to coordinate events and to ensure their needs are met.
-Other duties/projects as assigned.
