Production Operator
Job Description
Operation of software based transcoders.
- Dividing up tasks and working as part of a team to complete daily tasks.
- Updating the status of all work in the production database
- Pulling frame grabs from video sources
- Using Photoshop to resize and revise files to GMX specs adding title information to the images when necessary.
- Augmentation of metadata to a standard format and spec, validating the information and reporting back inconsistencies to the team.
- Maintain a positive team relationship through both written and verbal communication, as well as accurately fulfilling needs and resolving problems.
- Complete additional duties as required.
