Job Description

The Coordinator will be responsible for numerous time sensitive and critical administrative functions, which support the Television and Catalog marketing teams. Also responsible for some global tasks that benefit the Marketing department.Additional responsibilities include:

* Responsible for daily database management of PRISM, the primary global release program including title launches, regular SKU updates, change inputs and lifecycle profile. Also insure all schedules (strategy schedule, master schedule, TV planning schedule and catalog planning schedule) are current and accurate, communicate schedules as required, and ensure changes are communicated to wider organization. Additionally, pull ad-hoc sales research reports out of the Horizon system as needed.
* Draft monthly marketing Power Point slides for webEx sales call, research theatrical activity to update catalog tie-in opportunities, route misc. marketing elements throughout the team for approval
* Support Television and Catalog marketing teams by assisting in new projects (research on new catalog titles to schedule or acquire) or ongoing global maintenance for the group (like creating our Production Sticker Book).
* Assist with various requests from sales field; order and distribute screeners; may need to assist in large scale copying and distribution requests for team
